CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Go Vietnam Car, we understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which bookings may be canceled and refunds may be issued.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted via:

• WhatsApp

• Phone
  using the contact details provided on our website.

1.1 Standard Private Car Transfers

• More than 24 hours before pickup time
  ✅ Full refund (if payment has been made)

• 12–24 hours before pickup time
  ⚠ Partial refund may apply (administrative and service fees may be deducted)

• Less than 12 hours before pickup time
  ❌ No refund

• No-show (customer fails to appear at pickup location without notice)
  ❌ No refund

2. Airport Transfers – Important Notes

For airport pickup services:

• The pickup time is based on the confirmed arrival time or flight landing time

• Delays caused by immigration, baggage claim, or customs are covered within reasonable waiting time, as stated in the service confirmation

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Missed pickups due to incorrect flight information provided by the customer

• Failure to contact our support team upon arrival

3. Changes to Booking

Changes such as:

• Pickup time

• Pickup location

• Drop-off location

• Vehicle type

must be requested as early as possible.

⚠ Additional charges may apply if:

• Distance or service duration increases

• Vehicle type changes

• Last-minute changes affect driver scheduling

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

• Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method

• Refund processing time: 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider

• Transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable

5. Cancellation by Go Vietnam Car

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions)

• Vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability

• Safety or legal concerns

In such cases:

• Customers will receive a full refund, or

• Be offered an alternative service of equal value

6. Force Majeure

Go Vietnam Car shall not be held liable for failure or delay in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Severe weather conditions

• Traffic accidents

• Government actions or airport authority restrictions

Refunds in such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Special Services & Custom Requests

For special services such as:

• Long-distance routes

• Multi-stop itineraries

• Customized travel plans

Cancellation terms may differ and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
